Psychotherapy
I offer a safe, confidential, and judgemental-free space in which to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Connected State Therapy, a therapeutic approach that I have developed, offers clients the experience a gentle unfolding of insights, free from the constraints of traditional “talk therapy.”
In CST, we work with the nervous system to induce changes that give us access to greater self-connection and awareness of the psyche, as well as to new neural connections. This means the perspective and plasticity to achieve deep personal transformation.
This approach to psychotherapy is gentle, safe, and suitable for all.
Couples Therapy
As social creatures with the capacity for complex emotional experience, relating is a defining part of the human experience.
We only know ourselves through our history of interactions. This history shapes the way we relate to ourselves, and so in turn the way we relate to others. To a large degree, this our experience of life and the world.
The therapeutic support I offer in Couples Therapy invites us to explore with curiosity, authenticity, and compassion; and to develop tools to support the way we relate in order to totally transform our experience and form deeper, richer connections. Beyond couples, this is suitable for all types of relationship.
Movement
Movement and proper use of the body is essential to our health and sense of well being.
I offer a unique approach to personal training that has at its heart the intention to empower you. To claim back your capable, functional, healthy body - which for so many of us has been conditioned away from an early age or disrupted by the modern lifestyle.
This holistic approach to personal training - functional movement therapy - is highly effective, regenerative, and safe. I have qualifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates, primal movement, and nutrition, as well as 20 years of experience working with bodies.
